Entrants into this category must:
· Make sure your project catered for the luxury market.
· Have staged at least 3 rooms of the property.
· Show ability in choosing pieces that highlight the space’s best features with the sale in mind.
· Show ability in creating a space that appeals to the luxury market with the sale in mind.
· Provide a case study (max. 150 words) about the project, containing:
- History of the property/project
- How much it was listed for post-staging
- How much it was sold for
- How many days after staging until it received an offer
Projects without case-study will be discounted.
· Submit between 4 and 8 clear photos of the project’s different rooms. Photos should depict rooms in their entirety (as much as you can fit in). Photo collages including more than one picture per submitted image will NOT be accepted. Before images are welcomed but not required.
