Entrants into this category must:
· Have staged at least 3 rooms of a show home property.
· Show ability in choosing pieces that highlight the space’s best features with the sale in mind.
· Provide a case study (max. 150 words) about the project, containing:
History of the property/project
How many days in the market prior to staging, if applicable
How long after staging until it received an offer
Projects without case-study will be discounted.
· Submit between 4 and 8 clear photos of the project’s different rooms. Photos should depict rooms in their entirety (as much as you can fit in). Photo collages including more than one picture per submitted image will NOT be accepted. Before images are welcomed but not required.
